Sample Request to colorMaker Inc.

Please fill out the following form to request a product sample. Requests will be processed in the order they are received. A confirmation e-mail message will be sent indicating the successful submission to colorMaker. You may be contacted within a few days should we have questions about the request. Otherwise, in two weeks you should receive a sixty gram (60g) sample of the requested natural color blend. All samples from colorMaker include Product Specifications, a Material Safety Data Sheet, Pricing, and, whenever possible, recommended use levels.

This information will be kept confidential and disclosed to only those employees who need it in order to properly reply to your request.
